Below are the FAST facts:

The Houston Juniors Beach has a mission designed to teach and train the skills and techniques required to be successful at the outdoor game, specifically the FAST growing female sport of beach doubles. Both the beginner and advanced level training opportunities will be available as our instruction will be focused appropriately for the level of player regardless of age. Beach is a great way to continue to improve your ball control and court awareness which will significantly enhance the success of your indoor game. Practices will be on Sunday evenings in the Spring and Tuesday/Thursday late afternoons in the Summer.

  • Program is designed to introduce the skills and concepts used in beach volleyball
  • The emphasis will be both on training and creating a fun positive sand experience for everyone
  • 6 weeks of training (3 Seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall)
  • 90 minute Sand Volleyball Training
  • 30 minute Sports Performance Training
  • 60 minute Open Play with coach interaction 
  • Uniform Package Girls/Boys:
    • Spring: HJV Beach T-Shirt & Ball
    • Summer: HJV Beach Competition Tank, HJV Beach T-shirt & Ball
  • Tournament entries are an additional cost and registration is on your own
  • No refunds for practices missed 
  • Rain Outs - Wednesday's 4:15pm - 6:15pm
