“Train & Play” is a 6 week course for 7th & 8th graders, to improve your skills by position and to enhance your competitive team interactions.

“Train & Play” is based by position when signing up. You will need to sign up for the position that you wish to improve upon.

You will train technique by position for the first hour. The second hour athletes will be put into competitive 6 on 6 drills.

Players will be divided up by skill level, not necessarily grade level, during the competitive 6 on 6 drills.

No team sign-up, registration is individually ONLY!

There is a $75.00 non-refundable deposit for all drops, and there are absolutely no refunds.

Middle School/USAV Rules will be applied.

Fees include coaches, gym rental, equipment and t-shirts.
